Google+ What is Aero edge

AeroEdge® is patented, aerodynamic roof edging.

Standard-Flashing-for-web1

Standard Roof Edge Flashing

Standard, perimeter roof edge flashing provides for waterproof transitions between the roof and exterior walls or eaves. Most roof edge flashing tends to be straight, have flat faces and have 'sharp' bends (e.g. 90° as in an inverted ' Γ ' shape).

 AeroEdge® Protects the RoofAE-Fascia-for-web1

In additon to providing the same waterproofing as regular roof edging, AeroEdge® actually protects the roof by reducing damaging wind turbulance and their fluctuating uplift forces.  The patented aerodynamic design has been proven ro reduce both the magnitude of peak uplift forces and the 'cyclical' range of forces that can gradually shorten the life expectancy of roofing (i.e. shingles, builtup, etc.).
